We started our real estate careers in Telluride where we learned the ins and outs in a very competitive high-end resort market. Our goal in transitioning from Telluride to the Four Corners was to take that high level of marketing expertise and use it to help our clients in Montezuma County. We have narrowed our focus to higher end luxury, river and ranch properties which require a more sophisticated marketing program. Scott Wallace I’ve resided in Colorado since 1982 after spending my youth grow-ing up in New England. My wife Sharon and I love living in the Four Corner’s region for it’s wonderful weather, regional amenities and incredible scenic beauty. Sharon and I both share backgrounds in real estate appraising and sales. I am well versed in everything from vacant land, residential homes, farm and ranch and commer-cial sales. I have backgrounds in residential construction and I’m also experienced in subdivision design and marketing. I am familiar with all types of properties, farm and ranch, residential, development and raw land. Buying and selling property is a complex process, and my 18 years experience as a full-time REALTOR will assist both Buyers and Sellers in this process. In addition, I have 19 years experience as a licensed Real Estate Appraiser which offers additional support for understanding the market conditions and overall price of properties. sharon@thewallacebrokers.com Andrew Riddell My name is Andrew Riddell and I was born and raised in Montezuma and Dolores Counties. I have spent some time away from the area and have gratefully returned to the area that I love the most. After graduating high school I moved to the Denver area for college. While living up there is received my Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management in 2010 from Colorado State University, Go Rammies!! Since then I have had the pleasure of perusing a few different jobs. I was a Project Manager for a construction company for a couple years. Next I found myself working in the oil field, which developed into me opening my own business. I ran my well testing business for two years before the downturn in the industry. Lo and behold I was back where I grew up and couldn’t be happier. Back to family full of parents, siblings, friends, nieces and nephews. All of which I would consider the most important part of life. My wife and I moved back to the area in 2014 and I have found myself working in real estate with a couple of great teachers. Working on a team with my parents is not only fun, but a great opportunity for myself to dive into the real estate world with two expert brokers. The team aspect is a great benefit for me, but an even greater benefit to our clients. My name is John Stramel. I grew up working on a cattle ranch in Utah and presently own a small farm/ranch of my own, growing hay and raising horses and mules.
